Our Green Statement

Wood is the most environmentally friendly building material used in construction today.  When compared to steel, concrete, and plastic, wood requires much less energy to manufacture into a viable construction product.

Timber Technologies uses lumber that comes from trees specifically grown for the purpose of lumber harvesting.  End users can use smaller, stronger glulams with higher design values for their construction projects.  This allows our products to reduce the impact of resources and empowers the end user to engage in more informed decisions when choosing their next materials for their project.
